Conflict resilient people are more likely to become aware of the first signs of conflict and able to minimise the risk of escalation.A number of elements are involved in improving resilience to conflict. They include understanding how and why conflict happens, developing self-awareness of our triggers and developing strategies to nip conflict in the bud and deal with conflict when it does arise. Read our “Conflict: One thing you Need to Know” blog series for more on nipping conflict in the bud.
