Difficult Conversations

Some conversations are more difficult than others, usually because emotions that are driven by fear take a front seat in the interaction. And yet if handled well with thoughtfulness and strategically, the rewards can be immense.  The Bull’s Eye employee development session, “How to have difficult conversations”, looks at how emotions affect our ability to have a constructive conversation. Targeted at managers and team leaders, this quick and effective on-site training session will help your workers identify a set of simple techniques and strategies to improve their ability to deal with difficult conversations in a more calm and confident and way.
