Enhancing Well-being and Stress Resilience

Change is constant and the pressures and pace of life seems to be overwhelming at times. With workplace stress becoming an inevitable part of working life, building stress resilience is more important now than ever for employees to remain engaged, productive and to flourish. Whilst stress is inevitable, we can learn how to better manage its impacts in more helpful ways.

Who should attend the stress resilience workshop?

Anyone who wants to develop an awareness of how stress impacts the individual and strategies for managing stress and building resilience.

What will participants learn in the Stress workshop?

  • Awareness of how stress impacts the brain and physical health
  • What the stress response is all about
  • Identification of their common stressors
  • Recognition of their physiological and psychological signs of stress
  • Strategies to manage stress and anxiety

At the end of the learning session participants will know how to…

  • Stay calmer, for longer, in more situations
  • Feel generally happier, even when things aren’t going their way
  • Build their resilience to stressful events

A Bull’s Eye Employee Learning Program package is the perfect way to complement workforce engagement, well-being, and culture initiatives. Each module is a self-contained, short, and dynamic learning session. First, we introduce a topic of relevance and follow-up 1-1 coaching for staff who attend the workshop.

This program can be delivered as a Bull’sEye Learning Program or in other formats including one-on-one coaching.

Our engagement programs are usually run in-house and can accommodate up to 16 participants. Individual coaching sessions are also available.
