Through building trust, not making assumptions and asking the right questions – Heidi gets to the core of an issue/s in order to identify and develop most appropriate solutions with the client. Heidi’s broad experience across a range of industries and in a variety of roles (including as a people manager) allows for an ability to see an issue from multiple perspectives – and thus to draw out creative solutions. She does this through focusing on what’s important and identifying key issues with her clients in a warm, engaging style.

Summary of coaching approach

Heidi’s coaching draws from a variety of techniques including solution-focused coaching, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, positive psychology, strength-based approaches and mindfulness training.  Her goal is to help individuals build their self-awareness and self-acceptance, and to then identify more helpful ways to approach situations and other people to achieve their work and life goals.
