Bull’sEye Coaching Program
If you have always felt the benefits of coaching should extend beyond senior leadership team and the executive suite, then Bull’sEye Coaching Program might just be the answer you’ve been looking for.
More and more organisations are recognising that to have all their systems and departments functioning at an optimal level, it is vital for individual employees to also be performing at optimal level and to be fully engaged. Therefore, providing proactive interventions that help employees identify and resolve any issues that may be affecting their performance is in everyone’s best interests.
The Bull'sEye Coaching model has been developed to do just that by bringing coaching to the workplace. It is the perfect way to complement employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives with short, targeted 1-1 coaching for employees. All coaching sessions are delivered by a registered psychologist drawing on a variety of techniques including solution-focused coaching, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, positive psychology, strength-based approaches and mindfulness training to help employees identify specific areas for development and empower them with a practical plan to achieve success. The focus of coaching sessions is on personal responsibility, action, accountability and engagement.
