The figure on the left presents the Work Preferences Wheel that is used to help participants understand their own and team members’ preferences using a straightforward language.
When used to support team development needs, each participant receives an online invitation to complete a 60-item assessment that is then used to create a personalised report provided to participants on the day of the workshop.
